1. Definitions

• "Platform" means AiWalah.com, including all web pages, services, and APIs
• "User" means any person who accesses or uses the Platform
• "Course" means any educational content available for purchase on the Platform
• "Content" means all educational material available on the Platform, including text lessons, quizzes, code exercises, and audio narrations
• "Company" means SYNAPTIC AI LAB PRIVATE LIMITED

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• One person may register only one account. Multiple accounts are subject to termination
• The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms

3. Course Purchase & Payment

• All course prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of 18% GST
• SAC Code: 998314 (Online Educational Services)
• Each purchase grants you lifetime access to the purchased course
• Course prices are subject to change without notice; however, purchased courses are not affected

• Refunds, when approved, are processed to the original payment method as per standard banking guidelines
• No auto-debit or recurring charges — each purchase is a one-time transaction

• Course content, including theory, quizzes, code exercises, and audio narrations, is created and curated by Synaptic AI Lab, our expert content team
• All content is designed to meet current industry standards and is regularly updated to reflect the latest trends
• The Company reviews and audits all content but does not guarantee 100% accuracy
• Content may be updated and improved over time to reflect the latest industry practices
• Users should independently verify any professional advice before applying it in the workplace

5. Intellectual Property

• All course content, platform material, design, logos, and trademarks are the property of SYNAPTIC AI LAB PRIVATE LIMITED
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission
• Code you write in the in-browser editor is your own intellectual property
• By submitting code for AI evaluation, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process it for educational purposes only

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account with others or resell course access
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute course content
• Use the platform for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the platform's systems
• Submit malicious code through the code editor
• Abuse the Live AI Mentor for non-educational purposes
• Use the platform to harass, defame, or harm others

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course in question
• We are not liable for any career outcomes, job placements, or business results from using our courses

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
