• Pages visited, time spent on lessons, course progress
• Code submissions and quiz answers (for AI evaluation)
• Voice data during Live AI Mentor sessions (processed in real-time by Synaptic AI, not permanently stored)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide personalized, industry-standard educational content curated by Synaptic AI Lab
• To generate TTS audio narration in your preferred language
• To evaluate code submissions and grade quizzes using our proprietary AI engine
• To process payments and issue GST-compliant invoices
• To track your learning progress across courses
• To send transactional emails (enrollment confirmations, receipts)
• To improve our platform, content quality, and user experience

3. Payment Processing & Security

• We do NOT collect, store, or process credit/debit card numbers, UPI IDs, net banking credentials, or wallet PINs
• All payment data is encrypted end-to-end between your browser and Cashfree's servers
• Your payment information is subject to Cashfree's Privacy Policy
• We comply with standard Indian payment gateway guidelines and security practices
• We store only: transaction reference IDs, payment status, invoice numbers, and amounts for accounting and GST compliance

We use the following third-party services:

• Synaptic AI Lab Our proprietary platform technology for content curation, code evaluation, text-to-speech, and interactive mentoring

• All data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on secure servers in India
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt (one-way encryption)
• HTTPS/SSL encryption for all data in transit
• CSRF protection on all forms and API endpoints
• We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties
• Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only

• Account data is retained as long as your account is active
• Payment records are retained for a minimum of 8 years as required by Indian tax laws
• You may request account deletion at any time; upon verification, your personal data will be erased within 30 days (excluding records required by law)
